Student Missionary Donation Options

Option 1: Recurring Donation
A donation once a month for ten months

·Recurring Donation By Credit or Debit Card
Through this option, your credit or debit card would be charged once a month for ten months, beginning July 2008. You decide the amount and the time of month. Please call the Lay Institute for Evangelism (LIFE) at 1-888-628-2819 to set up recurring donations by credit or debit card or contact us via e-mail.

·Recurring Donation By check
We can provide a packet where you will find donation slips for each month beginning in July ’08. Return the slip and check using the addressed envelopes provided . Checks need to be made payable to LIFE. Because LIFE is a non-profit organization, donations must be made to the organization and not specific individuals. We will use the donation slip to make sure the money is credited toward the student’s fundraising goal.

·Donate by direct mail using a check or money order
You can send a Check or Money Order to LIFE, 636 N Wymore Rd. Winter Park, FL 32789. (Checks or money orders need to be made payable to LIFE. Because LIFE is a non-profit organization, donations must be made to the organization and not specific individuals. Please include the Student Name on the Memo space to make sure the money is credited toward the student’s fundraising goal).
